Return and Exchange Policies
First and foremost, we want all of our customers to be happy and satisfied with our products! All of our decals and products are customized based on customer request. In the event that you would like to EXCHANGE or RETURN your order, please review our policies below. Thank you!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for Full Store Credit or Exchange within 15 days from the date of postmark with pre-approval from Touch of Beauty Designs. (Please see contact page)
- Returns/Exchanges must be unused and in the condition you received them in.
- Personalized decals (Names/Monograms) or Special Event decals including weddings or Custom Decals created in the design center are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Decals that are the considered to be the wrong color choice are not eligible for return or exchange. We make every attempt to accurately represent our vinyl decal colors; however, due to the nature of computer monitors, the actual color of products may vary slightly. To accurately assess colors, please order a sample color chart before placing your decal order. (up to 3 vinyl samples are included with every color chart order).
- The customer is responsible for paying S&H and tracking on products that are mailed back to us for return/exchange.
- The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement decal. The costs may vary depending on the product exchange and shipping method.
- A purchase is only eligible for one exchange.
- Touch of Beauty Designs is not responsible for customer damage of decals during the installation process. All Decals are custom created based on customer specifications. There is no return or exchange policy on used or installed decals and all sales are final. Detailed installation instructions are included with each order, but if you have additional questions please contact us for support!
